SICA (South India Chef’s Association) is a fraternity of culinary professionals representing the finest hotels, restaurants and culinary institutions in South India.
Every year, the association conducts the event ‘South India Culinary Challenge’, a prestigious competition and exhibition in which expert chefs and renowned culinary professionals participate along with young budding professionals from Hospitality institutions.
Chennais Amirta students have won a total of 27 Medals (6 Gold, 8 Silver, 13 Bronze) accumulating the maximum number of medals across all categories in 2018
